COMMERCE: Urges and requests removal of public and private sector barriers to
accelerate the expansion of broadband in the state
DIGEST
Requests the Broadband for Everyone in Louisiana Commission to identify public and
private sector barriers to effective broadband and wireless telecommunication service
expansion in the state, provide recommendations on how to remove those barriers, and
submit their findings to the House Committee on Commerce and the Senate Committee on
Commerce, Consumer Protection, and International Affairs on or before January 1, 2021.
