Pursuant to the requirement set forth in R.S. 49:1401(C), the Senate Committee on Health and
Welfare gives notice to the Louisiana Department of Health, Department of Children and Family
Services, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and every agency or commission statutorily created within
each of those departments that they are extending the mandate for statutorily provided for reporting
for an additional five years.
Directs LDH, DCFS, VA, and every agency or commission statutorily created within each of those
departments to continue to submit all statutorily mandated reports until such time as the mandate is
specifically amended or repealed.
