A RESOLUTION
To amend Senate Rule 13.22(A) of the Rules of Order of the Senate, relative to the Senate
Executive Committee; to add two additional members to the committee.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Senate of the Legislature of Louisiana amends and
readopts Senate Rule 13.22(A) of the Rules of Order of the Senate to read as follows:
Rule 13.22. Senate Executive Committee
A. There shall be a special committee to be called the Senate Executive
Committee which shall be composed of seven nine members as follows: ex officio,
the President and the President Pro Tempore; the chairs of the Senate Committee on
Finance and the Senate Committee on Senate and Governmental Affairs; and three
five members of the Senate appointed by the President. The president, or one of the
members of the committee designated by him, shall chair the committee.
