1 AN ACT
2 To repeal Part IV of Chapter 13 of Title 22 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950,
3 comprised of R.S. 22:2261, relative to a central database on life insurance policies;
4 to provide for an effective date; and to repeal provisions regarding a central database
5 on life insurance policies.
6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
7 Section 1. Part IV of Chapter 13 of Title 22 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of
8 1950, comprised of R.S. 22:2261, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
9 Section 2. This Act shall become effective on July 1, 2021.
