1 AN ACT
2 To repeal R.S. 45:164(E)(3), relative to common carrier's certificates; to provide relative to
3 intrastate movers of household goods; to remove the contract limit for certain
4 common carrier certificate requirements for movers of household goods; and to
5 provide for related matters.
6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
7 Section 1. R.S. 45:164(E)(3) is hereby repealed in its entirety.
