BRIDGES/FERRIES: Designates the Rigolets Bridge on U.S. Highway 90 as the "Richard
'Dick' Kelly Memorial Bridge"
1 AN ACT
2To designate the Rigolets Bridge on United States Highway 90 in St. Tammany Parish as the
3 "Richard 'Dick' Kelly Memorial Bridge"; and to provide for related matters.
4Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
5 Section 1. The Rigolets Bridge on United States Highway 90 in St. Tammany Parish
6shall be known and is hereby designated as the "Richard 'Dick' Kelly Memorial Bridge".
7 Section 2. The Department of Transportation and Development or its contractors are
8hereby directed to erect and maintain appropriate signage reflecting this designation
9provided local or private monies are received by the department equal to the department's
10actual costs for material, fabrication, mounting posts, and installation of each sign, not to
11exceed the sum of five hundred fifty dollars per sign.

of each sign, not to exceed $550 per sign.
