1 AN ACT
2 To amend and reenact the introductory paragraph of R.S. 33:4574.5(A) and R.S.
3 33:4574.5(A)(1) and (4), and to enact R.S. 33:4574.5(A)(6) and (7), relative to the
4 Alexandria/Pineville Area Convention and Visitors Bureau; to provide relative to the
5 board of directors; and to provide for related matters.
6 Notice of intention to introduce this Act has been published.
7 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
8 Section 1. The introductory paragraph of R.S. 33:4574.5(A) and R.S.
9 33:4574.5(A)(1) and (4) are hereby amended and reenacted and R.S. 33:4574.5(A)(6) and
10 (7) are hereby enacted to read as follows:
11 ยง4574.5. Alexandria/Pineville Area Convention and Visitors Bureau
12 A. The Alexandria/Pineville Area Convention and Visitors Bureau shall be
13 composed of seven nine members appointed as follows:
14 (1) Two One members appointed by the Greater Alexandria-Pineville
15 Central Louisiana Regional Chamber of Commerce.

17 (4) One Two members appointed by the governing authority of Rapides
18 Parish who shall be a representative of the Coliseum Management.

20 (6) One member appointed by the mayor of Alexandria.
