HIGHWAYS: Designates Louisiana Highway 3241 as the "B.B. 'Sixty' Rayburn Memorial
Highway"
1 AN ACT
2To designate Louisiana Highway 3241 as the "B.B. 'Sixty' Rayburn Memorial Highway";
3 and to provide for related matters.
4Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
5 Section 1. The portion of Louisiana Highway 3241 in St. Tammany Parish shall be
6known and is hereby designated as the "B.B. 'Sixty' Rayburn Memorial Highway".
7 Section 2. The Department of Transportation and Development or its contractors are
8hereby directed to erect and maintain appropriate signage reflecting this designation
9provided local or private monies are received by the department equal to the department's
10actual costs for material, fabrication, mounting posts, and installation of each sign, not to
11exceed the sum of five hundred fifty dollars per sign.
