Subpart C of Part V of Chapter 5-A of Title 40 of the Louisiana Revised 7Statutes of 1950, comprised of R.S. 40:1079.21, is hereby enacted to read as follows: 8 SUBPART C. PROTECTION OF MINORS FROM MEDICAL COERCION 9 ยง1079.21. Direct marketing to minors 10 Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, state agencies shall be 11 prohibited from direct marketing, soliciting, encouraging, or coercing, or any attempt 12 to directly market, solicit, encourage, or coerce, a minor into use of any form of 13 medication, medical treatment, or pharmaceutical.
