1 AN ACT
2 To designate Exit 44 on Interstate Highway 20 in Webster Parish as the "Kim Cannon
3 Memorial Interchange"; and to provide for related matters.
4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
5 Section 1. The portion of Interstate Highway 20 at Exit 44 in Webster Parish shall
6 be known and is hereby designated as the "Kim Cannon Memorial Interchange".
7 Section 2. The Department of Transportation and Development or its contractors are
8 hereby directed to erect and maintain appropriate signage reflecting this designation
9 provided local or private monies are received by the department equal to the department's
10 actual costs for material, fabrication, mounting posts, and installation of each sign, not to
11 exceed the sum of five hundred fifty dollars per sign.
