1 AN ACT
2 To amend and reenact R.S. 32:361.2(A)(3)(c), relative to tinting of motor vehicle windows
3 for a medical exemption; to provide for an exemption relative to certain diagnosed
4 medical or physical conditions; to provide for the duration of the medical exemption
5 applicable to window tinting; and to provide for related matters.
6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
7 Section 1. R.S. 32:361.2(A)(3)(c) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as
8 follows:

14 (c) Any exemption granted under the provisions of this Section shall be
15 subject to review every three years unless deemed otherwise by the department;
16 however, an exemption granted to a person with a diagnosed light-sensitive
17 porphyria shall be valid for the duration of the ownership of a vehicle.
