1 AN ACT
2 To amend and reenact R.S. 37:1203(B), relative to pharmacist licensure by reciprocity; to
3 provide for licensure by reciprocity; and to provide for related matters.
4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
5 Section 1. R.S. 37:1203(B) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:
6 ยง1203. Qualifications for reciprocity

8 B. No applicant shall be eligible for licensure by reciprocity unless the state
9 or jurisdiction in which the applicant was initially licensed as a pharmacist also
10 grants reciprocity to a pharmacist duly licensed by examination in this state, under
11 comparable circumstances and conditions.
