2022 Regular Session ENROLLED SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 80 BY SENATORS BARROW, ABRAHAM, ALLAIN, BERNARD, BOUDREAUX, BOUIE, CARTER, CATHEY, CLOUD, CONNICK, CORTEZ, FESI, FIELDS, FOIL, HENRY, HENSGENS, HEWITT, JACKSON, LAMBERT, LUNEAU, MCMATH, MILLIGAN, FRED MILLS, ROBERT MILLS, MIZELL, MORRIS, PEACOCK, POPE, PRICE, REESE, SMITH, STINE, TALBOT, WHITE AND WOMACK A RESOLUTION To express sincere and heartfelt condolences to the family of Devin Jamal Page Jr. WHEREAS, Devin Jamal Page Jr. was killed as a result of tragic and senseless violence while sleeping at home in his bed; and WHEREAS, Devin, a three year old native of Baton Rouge, was the son of Tye Toliver and Devin Page Sr.; and WHEREAS, Devin is survived by his maternal grandparents, Cathy Toliver (Eric Richard); and Gene Toliver; his paternal grandparents, Francis and Izile Vessel Jr.; and siblings, Tyren King Young, Deiyauna Page, Khloe Page, Kylon Golden, and Bentley Walker; and numerous aunts and uncles, friends and relatives; and WHEREAS, while on this earth, Devin was a joy to behold and was loved by many who will miss his warm smile. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Senate of the Legislature of Louisiana does hereby extend heartfelt and sincere condolences to the family of Devin Jamal Page Jr. on the occasion of his tragic passing.
