ENROLLED ACT No. 280 2023 Regular Session HOUSE BILL NO. 497 BY REPRESENTATIVE STEFANSKI 1 AN ACT 2 To amend and reenact R.S. 37:2805(C) and to enact R.S. 37:2802(A)(4), relative to the 3 Louisiana Board of Chiropractic Examiners; to provide for the term of a member; to 4 provide a time period for notice of acceptance or rejection of an application for 5 licensure; to provide for acceptable methods of notice; and to provide for related 6 matters. 7 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana: 8 Section 1. R.S. 37:2805(C) is hereby amended and reenacted and R.S. 37:2802(A)(4) 9 is hereby enacted to read as follows: 10 §2802. Board of chiropractic examiners 11 A. 12 * * * 13 (4) The term of each board member shall be four years from the date of his 14 appointment. 15 * * * 16 §2805. Requirement for license; penalty; qualifications; examinations; issuance of 17 license 18 * * * 19 C.
