COMMENDATIONS: Commends Deacon Lonnie Ray Caldwell for his commitment to
selfless service
1 A RESOLUTION
2To commend Deacon Lonnie Ray Caldwell for his commitment to selfless service to his
3 community, church, and family.
4 WHEREAS, Deacon Lonnie Ray Caldwell is a member of Liberty Chapel Church
5of God in Campti, Louisiana, and an assistant pastor to Pastor Elder Paul Wright; and
6 WHEREAS, Deacon Caldwell has faithfully tended to the needs of his community
7throughout his stay in the service of Pastor Wright and the Liberty Chapel congregation; he
8is genuinely passionate about serving the Natchitoches Parish community, especially those
9who are senior citizens, and his dependability and honesty are invaluable assets to both the
10church and the community-at-large; and
11 WHEREAS, Deacon Caldwell is also a military veteran who served as a member of
12the United States Army, the United States Marine Corps, and the United States Army
13Military Police Corps; and
14 WHEREAS, Deacon Caldwell is most deserving of the highest recognition for his
15unfaltering dedication to his faith and the service of his family and community.
16 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the House of Representatives of the
17Legislature of Louisiana does hereby commend Deacon Lonnie Ray Caldwell for his
18commitment to selfless service to his community, church, and family; does hereby further
19recognize him for defending this great country as a member of the U.S. Army, Marine
20Corps, and Military Police Corps; and does hereby extend sincerest wishes that he continue

1to prosper in all of his endeavors, for his life is a beautiful reflection of genuine service and
2personal sacrifice, which are values held most dearly in the great state of Louisiana.
