Present law authorizes the Natchitoches Parish School Board and the State Board of Elementary and
Secondary Education to transfer certain local and state property to the Natchitoches Parish Police
Jury.
Proposed law changes the transferee of the property from the Natchitoches Parish Police Jury to the
City of Natchitoches.
Effective upon signature of governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
