SCR 3 Reengrossed 2023 Regular Session Cortez
Directs the commissioner of administration to change the expenditure limit for FY 2022-
2023 from $15,889,263,342 to $16,139,263,342.
Directs the commissioner of administration to change the expenditure limit for FY 2023-
2024 from $16,497,721,252 to $17,897,721,252.
Provides that the calculation of the expenditure limit for Fiscal Year 2024-2025, and
thereafter, shall not be affected or changed by the proposed resolution.

Senate Floor Amendments to engrossed bill
1. Change the proposed increase in the expenditure limit for FY 2022-2023
from an additional $766,234,416 to an additional $500,000,000.
2. Change the proposed increase in the expenditure limit for FY 2023-2024
from an additional $766,234,416 to an additional $1,800,000,000.
3. Add that proposed resolution shall not effect the calculation of the
expenditure limit for FY 2024-2025.
