ADVERTISING: Provides relative to the removal of outdoor advertising signs
1 AN ACT
2To enact R.S. 48:461.6(C)(4), relative to the removal of advertising; to provide for the
3 provision of just compensation for expropriation of outdoor advertising signage; and
4 to provide for related matters.
5Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
6 Section 1. R.S. 48:461.6(C)(4) is hereby enacted to read as follows:
7 ยง461.6. Compensation for removal of advertising and priorities for removal of
8 advertising

12 (4) Just compensation shall be provided for the expropriation of outdoor
13 advertising signs and shall require the issuance of a permit for the removal of such
14 signage.
