WILDLIFE & FISHERIES: Allocates revenue collected from waterfowl licenses to the
Duck Stamp Fund
1 AN ACT
2To amend and reenact R.S. 56:3007(E), relative to waterfowl hunting licenses; to allocate
3 revenues collected from waterfowl hunting licenses to the Louisiana Duck License,
4 Stamp, and Print Fund; and to provide for related matters.
5Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
6 Section 1. R.S. 56:3007(E) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:

9 E. An amount equal to ten dollars All funds from the sale of each waterfowl
10 hunting license shall be deposited to the Louisiana Duck License, Stamp, and Print
11 Fund.

Present law requires $10 from the sale of each waterfowl hunting license be deposited into
the La. Duck License, Stamp, and Print Fund. Proposed law modifies present law by
