1 AN ACT
2 To amend and reenact R.S. 56:3007(E), relative to waterfowl hunting licenses; to allocate
3 revenues collected from waterfowl hunting licenses to the Louisiana Duck License,
4 Stamp, and Print Fund; and to provide for related matters.
5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
6 Section 1. R.S. 56:3007(E) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:
7 ยง3007. Dedication of license revenue

9 E. An amount equal to ten dollars All funds from the sale of each waterfowl
10 hunting license shall be deposited to the Louisiana Duck License, Stamp, and Print
11 Fund.
