R.S. 49:988 is hereby enacted to read as follows: 6 ยง988. Expungement; eligibility 7 A person may request expungement of agency records relative to a consent 8 judgment or complaint filed against a person in which it is alleged that the person 9 violated one or more provisions of law if either of the following has occurred: 10 (1) The attorney general found that the interpretation of law relied upon by 11 the agency and which resulted in the consent agreement was erroneous. 12 (2) The agency issued charges based on the complaint that, at the conclusion 13 of enforcement proceedings, did not result in a finding of a violation of the law.
