Abstract: Provides for the eligibility of nonveterans, National Guard, or reservists who were not
called to duty under Title 10 of the United States Code (U.S.C.) to use state war veterans
healthcare facilities.
Present law provides that certain war veterans and certain veterans and nonveterans are eligible to
use state war veterans healthcare facilities.
Proposed law retains present law and expands eligibility to certain nonveterans, National Guard, or
reservists who were not called to duty under Title 10 of the U.S.C.
