(8/1/25) 1 AN ACT 2 To enact R.S. 22:1923(2)(q), relative to fraudulent insurance acts; to provide that amending 3 or altering a property and casualty adjuster's report without written permission of the 4 adjuster is a fraudulent insurance act; and to provide for related matters. 5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana: 6 Section 1. R.S. 22:1923(2)(q) is hereby enacted to read as follows: 7 ยง1923.
