Amends laws relative to behavioral health and mental health to provide for current practice and appropriate terminology
Requests hospitals and behavioral health facilities, including those treating both mental illness and substance abuse, in enumerated behavioral health services regions to report on certain matters impacting mental health services
Authorizes and provides for behavioral health intervention and stabilization units (EN INCREASE GF EX See Note)
