| 29 | 29 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 30 | 30 | | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, any insurer or |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 2company licensed or otherwise authorized to transact accident and health insurance shall be held |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 3liable for all members’ unpaid deductibles and co-payments and reimburse health care providers |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 4accordingly. |

| 34 | 34 | | 5 The division of insurance shall promulgate all rules and regulations necessary to |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 6implement and enforce this section. |
