2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 SECTION 1. Adult-use and medical dispensaries of cannabis products shall provide
3232 2access to a medical professional for consultation purposes should the consumer request it.
3333 3 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
