| 31 | 31 | 1 SECTION 1. Adult-use and medical dispensaries of cannabis products shall provide | |
| 32 | 32 | 2access to a medical professional for consultation purposes should the consumer request it. | |
| 33 | 33 | 3 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage. |
