An Act relative to reducing unnecessary delays in patient care.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Subsection (b) of section 25 of chapter 176O of the General Laws, as
2appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words “2 business
3days” and inserting in place thereof the following:- 24 hours.
