| 31 | 31 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 12 of chapter 156C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 |

| 32 | 32 | | 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking subsection (d) and inserting in place thereof the |

| 34 | 34 | | 4 “(d) The fee for the filing of the certificate of organization required by subsection (a) |

| 35 | 35 | | 5shall be two hundred fifty dollars. The fee for the filing of the annual report required by |

| 36 | 36 | | 6subsection (c) shall be two hundred fifty dollars. Such fees shall be paid to the state secretary at |
