| 27 | 27 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |

| 28 | 28 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 29 | 29 | | 1 Section 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of 101 CMR 314 or any general or special law |

| 30 | 30 | | 2to the contrary, Chapter 260 of the Acts of 2020 is hereby amended throughout by inserting after |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 3the words “health care provider” in each place where it appears, and by inserting in place thereof |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 4the following: -- |

| 33 | 33 | | 5 ; provided, however, that the provisions of this section shall not apply to any provider |

| 34 | 34 | | 6licensed to practice dentistry. |
