An Act to repeal no fault motor vehicle insurance.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 34A of said chapter 90 is hereby amended by striking the last four
2paragraphs thereof, dealing with "personal injury protection" in their entirety.
3 SECTION 2. Section thirty-four M of said chapter ninety is hereby repealed.
4 SECTION 3. Section thirty-four N of said chapter ninety is hereby repealed.
5 SECTION 4. Section 6D of chapter 231 of the General Laws is hereby repealed.
