An Act relative to reciprocity clarification.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 41 of Chapter 118E of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 
2Official Edition, shall be amended by inserting at the end thereof the following:- 
3 “Nothing in this section shall be interpreted or construed to conflict with 42 U.S.C. § 
41320a-7b(b), as amended, or with federal common law, federal agency interpretations or federal 
5agency legal opinions regarding 42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7b(b).” 
6 SECTION 2. Section 3 of Chapter 175H of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 
7Official Edition, shall be amended by inserting at the end thereof the following new subsection:- 
8 “(e) Nothing in this section shall be interpreted or construed to conflict with 42 U.S.C. § 
91320a-7b(b), as amended, or with federal common law, federal agency interpretations or federal 
10agency legal opinions regarding 42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7b(b).”.
