| 33 | 33 | | 3condition” and inserting in place thereof the following definition:- |

| 35 | 35 | | 5immunodeficiency virus, acquired immune deficiency syndrome, hepatitis C, amyotrophic lateral |

| 36 | 36 | | 6sclerosis, Crohn's disease, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, post-traumatic stress disorder, |

| 37 | 37 | | 7opioid use disorder, and other conditions as determined in writing by a registered qualifying |
