31 | 31 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 94I of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 |

32 | 32 | | 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the definition of “Debilitating medical |

33 | 33 | | 3condition” and inserting in place thereof the following definition:- |

34 | 34 | | 4 “Debilitating medical condition”, cancer, glaucoma, positive status for human |

35 | 35 | | 5immunodeficiency virus, acquired immune deficiency syndrome, hepatitis C, amyotrophic lateral |

36 | 36 | | 6sclerosis, Crohn's disease, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, post-traumatic stress disorder, |

37 | 37 | | 7opioid use disorder, and other conditions as determined in writing by a registered qualifying |
