An Act relative to accidental disability and Group 1 emotional distress.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Paragraph (a) of subdivision (3) of section 7 of chapter 32 of the general laws, as
2appearing in the 2020 official edition, is hereby amended in line 182 by adding:
3 Members or beneficiaries filing for benefits under this section or section nine solely on
4the basis of an emotional disability, may use the official records of his department to establish
5proof of an injury sustained or a hazard undergone.
