An Act relative to state funding of certain nonprofits.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Section XX. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no state funds may be made
2available to Planned Parenthood Federation of America, or to any of its affiliates.
