The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Third General Court (2023-2024) _______________ An Act to promote graduate medical education. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Chapter 118E of the general laws is amended by adding at the end thereof, the following 2new section: 3 Section 78. MassHealth shall make Graduate Medical Education payments for primary 4care, behavioral health, and other physician shortage professions residency training. Eligible 5recipients shall include community health centers and hospitals licensed in the Commonwealth.
