An Act relative to the Massachusetts State College Building Authority..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Chapter 113 of the acts of 2018 is hereby amended by inserting after section
231 the following section:-
3 Section 32. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, state university
4projects authorized through item 7066-8110 of section 2 of this act and projects authorized
5through Item 7066-8000 of section 2 of chapter 258 of the acts of 2008 may utilize supplemental
6funding accessed through the Massachusetts State College Building Authority.
