2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 SECTION 1. Section 5 of Chapter 18B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018
3232 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following paragraph:-
3333 3undocumented persons are prohibited from fostering children and shall not receive any benefits
3434 4of being a foster parent.
