| 28 | 28 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 30 of chapter 23B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 |

| 29 | 29 | | 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 48, the words “or personal property”. |

| 30 | 30 | | 3 SECTION 2. Subsection (B) of said section 30 of said chapter 23B, as so appearing, is |

| 31 | 31 | | 4hereby amended by inserting after the second paragraph the following paragraph:- |
