| 31 | 31 | | 1 SECTION 1. The second paragraph of Section 20 of chapter 40B of the General Laws, as |

| 32 | 32 | | 2appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 9 after the word |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 3“organization.”, the words: - “Low and moderate income housing shall also include mobile |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 4homes and group homes, manufactured homes, in-law apartments and any first-time home |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 5buyers participating in any state or federal assistance program.”. |
