The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Third General Court (2023-2024) _______________ An Act relative to public housing restrictions for sex offenders. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 SECTION 1. Section 26 of chapter 121B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after subsection (p), the following subsection:- 3 (q) Shall deny access to public housing facilities that are subsidized by the 4commonwealth for all persons who have been convicted of Level 2 or Level 3 sex offenses in the 5commonwealth
