| 31 | 31 | | 1 Chapter 40B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby |

| 32 | 32 | | 2amended by adding the following new section at the end thereof: |

| 33 | 33 | | 3 Section X, For the purposes of calculating whether Subsidized Housing Inventory |

| 34 | 34 | | 4Eligible Housing exists in the city or town on sites comprising more than 1-½ % of the total land |

| 35 | 35 | | 5area zoned for residential, commercial, or industrial use, pursuant to M.G.L. c. 40B, Sections 20- |
