2929 An Act allowing a child under state custody to visit an imprisoned parent at a location other than
3030 the correction facility.
3131 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3232 of the same, as follows:
3333 1 Section 1. Section 37 of Chapter 209 of General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official
3434 2Edition, is hereby amended by adding at the end of thereof the following paragraph:- Children in
3535 3custody of the state shall see their parent or parents who are imprisoned at a remote location.
3636 4Correction facilities shall have means to prove remote visitation for inmates in all cases.
