| 29 | 29 | | 1 Chapter 125 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby |

| 30 | 30 | | 2amended by adding the following section:- |

| 31 | 31 | | 3 Section 22. No administrator or superintendent of any correctional institution, including |

| 32 | 32 | | 4any correctional facility, county correctional facility, penal institution, state correctional facility, |

| 33 | 33 | | 5state prison, or jail, shall transfer any inmate or prisoner outside of the commonwealth; and no |

| 34 | 34 | | 6inmate or prisoner of any correctional institution, including any correctional facility, county |

| 35 | 35 | | 7correctional facility, penal institution, state correctional facility, state prison, or jail, shall be |
