30 | 30 | | 1 SECTION 1. Chapter 276 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out section |

31 | 31 | | 2100Q, inserted by section 195 of chapter 69 of the acts of 2018, and inserting in place thereof the |

33 | 33 | | 4 100Q. Unless otherwise provided by law, no person shall make records sealed pursuant to |

34 | 34 | | 5section 100A, section 100B or section 100C available for inspection in any form by any person. |

35 | 35 | | 6No person shall make records expunged pursuant to section 100F, section 100G, section 100H or |

36 | 36 | | 7section 100K available for inspection in any form by any person. |

37 | 37 | | 8 SECTION 2. Section 100T of Chapter 276 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is |
