An Act relative to home confinement during parole and probation for habitual criminals.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Subsection (a) of section 25 of chapter 279 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 
2Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- An individual considered 
3a habitual criminal under this subsection who is placed on probation or granted parole shall be 
4required to serve the duration of probation or parole subject to home confinement.
