| 31 | 31 | | 1 SECTION 1. Chapter 269 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after |

| 33 | 33 | | 3 Section 14C. Whoever allows his telephone to be used by another to telephone a person |

| 34 | 34 | | 4or his family, repeatedly, for the sole purpose of harassing, annoying or molesting that other |

| 35 | 35 | | 5person or his family or for the purpose of repeatedly using indecent or obscene language to that |
