| 27 | 27 | of the same, as follows: | |
| 28 | 28 | 1 Chapter 119 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 33C the | |
| 29 | 29 | 2following new section:- | |
| 30 | 30 | 3 INSURANCE LIABILITY FOR FOSTER CARE PROVIDERS. | |
| 31 | 31 | 4 Providers of foster care services for children and/or youth contracted by the state’s | |
| 32 | 32 | 5Department of Children and Families shall not be held liable for injury to persons or damage to | |
| 33 | 33 | 6property caused by negligence or other action(s) or inaction(s) of the state or its employees or | |
| 34 | 34 | 7other third parties. |
