2828 An Act increasing penalties for the illegal sale and possession of firearms.
2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 SECTION 1. Section 10 of chapter 269 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016
3232 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 90, the word “five” and inserting in
3333 3place thereof the following word:- 10.
3434 4 SECTION 2. Section 10 of chapter 269 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016
3535 5Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 110, the word “seven” and inserting
3636 6in place thereof the following word:- 20.
3737 7 SECTION 3. Section 10 of chapter 269 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016
3838 8Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 112, the word “ten” and inserting in
