An Act bringing the crime of leaving the scene of personal injury causing death within the 
jurisdiction of the district court.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 26 of chapter 218 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 official edition, 
2is hereby amended by inserting, after the words “subparagraph (1) of paragraph (a) of 
3subdivision (1) of section twenty-four,” in lines 11-12, the following words:- subparagraph (2) of 
4paragraph (a½) of subdivision (2) of section twenty-four,
