An Act to address arbitration agreements.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1: Section 32 of chapter 260 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 
2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after “matter of form,” the following: “or a 
3dismissal as a result of an arbitration agreement,”
